    • Yes. We do offer long stays. Please check our current availability and reach out to us via email to discuss more.
  • What kind of Amenities do you have?
    • We do offer all kinds of such pools, rooftop lounges, Fitness centers, pet spas, outdoor fireplaces, grills, etc. Please check our home page to have an idea of which amenities we provide.
  • Can I check in before 3 PM?
    • Check-in is from 3:00 PM, any other check-in time would have to be mutually agreed upon in advance as the apartment may be occupied at that time. Feel free to contact us via email and we will do our best to work something out.
  • Can I check out after 11 AM?
    • Check-out is 11 AM, any other time would have to be mutually agreed upon in advance as the cleaners need ample time to clean the property, and have it sanitized and ready for our next guest. Feel free to contact us via email and we will do our best to work something out.
  • Can I sublease?
    • NO. We do not allow subleasing.
  • Do you take Deposit money?
    • Yes, we temporally keep $100 which is fully refunded after your check out after making sure no damages were incurred.
  • Is the Deposit money refundable?
    • Yes, it is refundable if you leave the property in good shape as you get it before your check-in.
  • Can I smoke inside the property?
    • No, our properties do not tolerate smoking. Please check our House Rules.
  • Does accommodation come with Utilities fully included?
    • Yes, your utilities are fully covered.
  • Can I host a party?
    • NO, we don’t allow parties in our unit. However, we have a community rooftop and lounge where you host parties and BBQs with friends.
  • Do you accept pets?
    • No. However, our community is pet friendly
  • Can I cook at the property?
    • Yes, of course. We provide all kitchen wares to cook your home meals. You can also have 1 of our Personal Chefs come to cook for you.
  • Where can I leave my luggage? / Can I bring bags in/on the tour? Can I leave my bags after checkout?
    • We've partnered with Stasher. With over 1500 locations in 300 cities worldwide, find the perfect place to keep your bags safe
  • How can I contact you in an emergency?

    • Currently, we do provide you with Coffee, Hot cocoa, and tea to start your day in a grand style. You can also have 1 of our Personal Chefs come to cook for you.
  • Do I have a wash the dishes and do laundry?
    • No, you don’t. You are here to have a good time and relax. However, if you choose to, we appreciate in advanced
  • Do we have assigned parking or paid parking?
    • Every guest is assigned 1 parking pass during your stay which should always be on your dashboard to prevent from being towed.
  • What is the WIFI password?
    • The WIFI password is provided after check-in.
  • Where can I find the address?
    • The address will be provided to you 1 day before or on the day of check-in.
  • Where can I find the access code to the property?
    • The access code will be provided to you 1 day before or on the day of check-in.
  • How do I access the property?
    • This info will be provided to you 1 day before or on the day of check-in.
  • Do you offer any other services?
    • Not yet. But we are partnering with 5 starred Personal Chefs to come to cook for you on your property if you’d like. Also, we are partnering with car rental partners to provide you with the most affordable Rental rates on luxury cars.
